Deposit memos, tags and wrong-network crypto sends
A deposit address alone is not always enough. Chains such as XRP, XLM and often TON / The Open Network may require a memo, destination tag or comment so the book can credit the right account when many users share a hot wallet. If the cashier shows a memo field, copy it exactly — skipping it is a common reason funds confirm on-chain but never appear in the sportsbook balance.
Wrong network is a different failure: USDT (and USDC) exist on several chains. Cloudbet Help 103244 lists USDT on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Solana, Polygon, Tron and The Open Network — and says bridged/wrapped variants like USDT.e are unsupported. Sending TRC-20 USDT to an ERC-20 invoice (or the reverse) usually will not credit. Match asset + network + address (+ memo if shown) on the live screen before you sign.
Cloudbet Help 103215: deposits must meet a ~$1 USD equivalent minimum (exact min on screen). Below-minimum sends may never credit. Save the TXID and cashier screenshot before opening support. We do not publish recovery guarantees or fee tables — recovery depends on whether the book controls keys on that chain.
WalletConnect does not remove these checks: connecting Phantom, Metamask or Trust still requires the same network/memo match. See our WalletConnect guide and network-fees guide.
How we read terms
Primary source first. For each book we encode a deny list from that book’s own terms, AML page, or restricted-jurisdiction article. Secondary “reviews” are not the list.
How we earn
If you open a sportsbook account through /go, the book may pay us a commission. That is the only money path on this site.
Play within limits
You must be 18 or the legal age where you are, whichever is higher. Betting can be addictive. If it stops being a game, stop.
We may earn a commission if you open an account through our links. It does not change the facts on the page.
