Locale is not a passport
Every language on this site is the same site. /ar is Arabic copy, not a lock to the Gulf. /fr is Maghreb French, not France. You can open any locale from any IP. We do not rewrite pages by country and we do not hide the HTML.
/go is the only place that looks at geography. It reads CF-IPCountry — the country Cloudflare attaches to the request. That is your ISP, or the exit of a VPN if you use one. Empty or unknown country fail-closes: no redirect.
A VPN does not change Stake’s terms, or anyone else’s. Shuffle ToS §7.4 treats hiding location with a VPN or proxy as a breach. Duelbits says the same. We do not publish “open Stake from Spain with a VPN” guides. US, GB, ES, NL, AU, IR and France are refused by every wired sportsbook on the harvest we have.
What does work the same in every locale: reading the fact table, the methodology, and the country pages for places at least one book actually admits. The click still dies when the book’s own list says no.
How we read terms
Primary source first. For each book we encode a deny list from that book’s own terms, AML page, or restricted-jurisdiction article. Secondary “reviews” are not the list.
How we earn
If you open a sportsbook account through /go, the book may pay us a commission. That is the only money path on this site.
Play within limits
You must be 18 or the legal age where you are, whichever is higher. Betting can be addictive. If it stops being a game, stop.
