Crypto deposits vs card-to-crypto funding

An on-chain deposit (BTC, ETH, USDT, …) credits the sportsbook wallet after their confirmation rules. The book never sees a card PAN. Withdrawals on crypto-first books are usually back out on-chain under the same KYC/withdrawal clauses we quote elsewhere.

Card-to-crypto is a ramp: you buy crypto with a card (or Apple Pay), then the sportsbook balance is crypto. Cloudbet documents card-to-crypto on its landing; the ramp is a third party with its own KYC. Chargebacks on the ramp can freeze the book balance.

This is not “betting with Visa on the sportsbook ledger.” It is a purchase of crypto, then a crypto wager. Banking payouts (fiat withdrawal from the book) are sparse in our encoded extracts — where a book is crypto-out only, we do not invent a SEPA table.

For asset lists see accepted-cryptocurrencies; for KYC timing see when-kyc-is-required; for payout holds see withdrawal-kyc-and-account-rules. Match asset + network on the deposit screen every time.

How we read terms

Primary source first. For each book we encode a deny list from that book’s own terms, AML page, or restricted-jurisdiction article. Secondary “reviews” are not the list.

How we earn

If you open a sportsbook account through /go, the book may pay us a commission. That is the only money path on this site.

Play within limits

You must be 18 or the legal age where you are, whichever is higher. Betting can be addictive. If it stops being a game, stop.

We may earn a commission if you open an account through our links. It does not change the facts on the page.
