Her sitenin kendi şartları ödemenin ne zaman bekletilebileceği, kimliğin ne zaman doğrulandığı, kaç hesap tutulabileceği ve kendini dışlamanın nasıl işlediği hakkında ne diyor. Alıntılı, tarihli, maddeye bağlı.
Bir çekim beklemedeyse ya da hesap donduruldaysa cevap neredeyse her zaman kayıtta kabul ettiğiniz şartlardadır. Aşağıdaki satırlar o maddelerdir, bizim yorumumuz değil.
