An on-chain deposit is unspendable on the book until their listed confirmation count. That count is their risk, not a law of bitcoin.

How we read terms
Primary source first. For each book we encode a deny list from that book’s own terms, AML page, or restricted-jurisdiction article. Secondary “reviews” are not the list.
