Map handicap prices maps won, not the series winner alone. A −1.5 map line needs a 2–0 style margin depending on best-of.
Series winner and map handicap can settle differently on the same match when one map is voided after a remake.

How we read terms
Primary source first. For each book we encode a deny list from that book’s own terms, AML page, or restricted-jurisdiction article. Secondary “reviews” are not the list.
