How we read terms
Primary source first. For each book we encode a deny list from that book’s own terms, AML page, or restricted-jurisdiction article. Secondary “reviews” are not the list.

The Anjouan AML note (public whitepaper appendix) is the geo source: AT FR DE NL ES GB US KM plus FATF-blacklisted states we encode as IR KP. Australia is not named.
