A prediction market is a contract on whether a named event happens. It is not a 1X2 sportsbook line, even when the event is a match.
Settlement is the operator’s rule for the source of truth (stats feed, official result). If that source is late, the market waits. That is a clause, not a rumour.
We do not publish “who wins tonight”.
