Prohibited Jurisdictions clause renumbered §7.3 → §8.3 and widened: France, Cyprus and the British Virgin Islands added. Deny list now encodes the union of the HTML terms and the v1.9 PDF (FR, CY, VG added).
France added to encoded deny list from ToS v1.9 §7.3. Secondary reviews had omitted FR.
Source corrected to ToS §7.3; the AML page carries no country roster. France removed — §7.3 does not name it.
